What is StyleBox?
StyleBox is you personal Jamberry subscription with personalized nail wraps for you every month based on your style.

What are my subscription options?
Please note that you will be billed up front for your chosen subscription option. Once you’ve reached the end of your subscription, you will be billed on a monthly basis.
What will be included in my StyleBox by Jamberry each month?
Each month you will receive Jamberry products. This will be made up of one catalog item, and one exclusive item that has been developed to pair perfectly with the catalog item. You will also receive a nail file and orange stick so that you have fresh application tools each month. A Style Card will also be included in your box to educate you and your customers about the trend we are focusing on that month. Along with your Style Card, a Style Your StyleBox Video will be available monthly, showing you exactly how to style your box.
Do you have to be a consultant to subscribe to StyleBox by Jamberry?
No, you do not have to be a consultant to subscribe! Customers will be able to subscribe beginning July 1st.
When will these be available for everyone?
The months of July and August are open enrollment so anyone can subscribe. Following open enrollment, subscriptions will remain open to consultants. If you are a customer and want to sign up you have to go through www.nailwraps.ca
Do my style quiz results affect what I receive in my StyleBox each month?
No, your style quiz results will not affect what you receive in your StyleBox. Each month, we will create one StyleBox that focuses on a specific trend. Your style quiz results will help you know how to best implement that trend into your signature style. The monthly Style Your StyleBox video will show you how to take the trend that month’s StyleBox is focusing on and implement it either a classic, trendy or feminine way.
Why do I have to take a style quiz if everyone gets the same thing?
The style quiz is designed to show you how to interpret each StyleBox into your own personal style. Each style video will show you how to wear one manicure three different ways to show you that any manicure can be worn to match your personality.
What if I don’t like my style quiz results? Can I change them?
If you are not happy with the style you get from the style quiz, you can either re-take the quiz or manually select the style that you feel matches you best. You will also be able to change your style on your StyleBox Dashboard later on.
Can I change my style during the middle of my subscription?
Yes, you can manually change your style at any point during your subscription. These changes must be made in your StyleBox dashboard a minimum of five days prior to the coming month, otherwise the changes will not go into effect until the next month.
What if I do not want to receive my StyleBox one month?
You will have the option to ‘skip’ your StyleBox once each quarter. You must communicate this via your StyleBox dashboard a minimum of 5 days prior to the coming month.
Do I get to see what is in the StyleBox before receiving it?
No, there are no StyleBox previews prior to receiving the box. Each month, you will receive an email explaining what inspired that month’s box, but it will be highlighting the trend and will not reveal what you will be getting.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
You have 3 business days after your initial sign up to cancel and receive a full refund. If your first box has already shipped within those 3 days, you will be refunded for the rest of your subscription minus the first box. After you complete your initial subscription term, you may cancel at any time. You must communicate this via your StyleBox dashboard a minimum of 5 days prior to the coming month.
Can I return the nail products if I don’t like the style?
No refunds, credits or exchanges will be issued. Damaged or defective product may be exchanged only for an identical replacement.
Where do I find my monthly style guide?
Each month you will receive a monthly style postcard in your StyleBox that will let you know what trend we are focusing on this month. You will also be able to visit our website for tips on how to Style Your StyleBox! (webpage coming soon!)
When will my card be billed?
Once you complete your initial subscription period, your subscription will automatically convert to a month-to-month subscription, unless you decide to extend your subscription and prepay for additional months. You will be billed on the 1st of each month. If the payment does not go through, you have until the 3rd of the month to update your payment information in order for your box to ship that month. If your payment does not go through by the 3rd, your box will not be shipped.
After completing my initial subscription period, can I extend and pre pay for additional months?
Yes, you can either let your subscription move into a month-to-month subscription where you are billed on the 1st of each month, or you can opt to extend your subscription and pre-pay for an additional 3, 6 or 12 months.
What if I sign up mid month?
If you subscribe for StyleBox between the 1st and 15th of the month, your StyleBox will ship on the 20th. If you subscribe between the 15th and 31st, your StyleBox will ship on the 5th of the following month. NOTE: Anyone who subscribes during the month of July 2014 will have their StyleBox ship on August 5th.
I already signed up for a 3 month subscription, but I changed my mind and want a longer subscription. Can I extend it somehow?
Yes, you can extend your subscription by logging into your account, but it must be within the first 30 days of signing up. We will prorate what you have already paid towards your new subscription length.
